Q: Do your hotels offer a half day conference room rate?
A: This is up to the individual hotel and is influenced by the time of year, how busy the conference venue is and what time of day you are wanting to use the room. Please contact us directly and we can discuss your requirements in detail and look for the best solution to suit your needs.

A: Absolutely! Our dedicated conference and events team can provide professional advice and assistance arranging keynote speakers, masters of ceremonies (MC’s) or workshop facilitors.

A: No, all our hotels have full kitchen and banquet facitlities. When planning your catering we offer a range of solutions and can tailor menus to suit dietary requirements and your budget. A: A Professional Conference Organiser (PCO) draws on years of expereince organising and running conferences and events. Managing a large conference is a complex task, you can bring in a PCO to help manage your entire event or a part of it, to make it financially successful. A PCO will have effective systems for the entire conference, from financial reporting and website management to marketing strategies and event logistics.

A: A Destination Management Company (DMC) will have expert local knowledge that can save you time and money adding value and impact to your event. DMC’s create and manage special programs including but not limited to tailormade dynamic itineraries, on-ground mangement and bookings, research, customised tour programs or team building and group activity options.
